As Marketing Coordinator for First National Bank of Central Florida, I led the development and execution of integrated campaigns that elevated the bank’s visibility across community branches, digital platforms, and public events. This multifaceted role combined strategic planning with hands-on creative execution—including copywriting, graphic design, layout, and board-level approvals for all marketing materials.

From branch signage and print advertising to email campaigns, press releases, social media content, and event collateral, every asset was developed to reinforce the bank’s trusted, community-first identity. I also created key components of the bank’s 2010 Strategic Marketing Plan, aligning campaign efforts with business goals and stakeholder priorities.

Actively engaged in both internal communication and external brand-building, I collaborated with retail, commercial, and executive teams, produced monthly performance reports, and continuously optimized marketing efforts to improve engagement, awareness, and customer experience.
