Winter Park, Florida | Featured on Remodelista

This landmark project took me beyond the studio and into full-scale design and restoration work, culminating in the transformation of a 1920s Florida bungalow into a thoughtfully preserved and sustainably built home. I led every aspect of the project—from comprehensive interior architecture and cabinetry design to project management, hardscape and landscape planning.

The restoration was executed to GREENGUARD standards, using all zero-VOC finishes and sustainably sourced materials. Every element was carefully considered: original mouldings and fixtures were restored with precision, and custom furnishings were designed to honor and elevate the home’s historic character. The result is a seamless blend of timeless style and modern livability.
