This 1970s Florida condo was completely gutted and reimagined under my direction to reflect a fresh, livable aesthetic. I led every step—from space planning and material selection to on-site project management—transforming a dated, closed-in layout into a bright, functional home filled with warmth and purpose.

Thoughtful design choices like wide-plank wood flooring, an open-concept kitchen, natural textures, and strategic lighting created a calm, cohesive flow throughout. This project showcases not only a refined visual transformation, but also the behind-the-scenes coordination and creativity required to bring a space beautifully back to life.
